Andrew took his first step today! I set him down in the foyer at church and was just holding his hand. He let go of my hand, stood there for a minute, took a step and then just stood there for awhile grinning away before he carefully sat down. Since then, he has taken quite a few steps, but only one at a time - he has never fallen after taking one, but he always sits down afterwards and crawls...I guess he figures that's a lot quicker. I can't get a video of him taking a step, but here are a couple where he was thinking about it.
He loves to play with the gate and walks up and down the step all the time - always holding onto it, of course!
